Katie started her career in the classroom and understands the education process.
Has developed financial modeling skills to support small and large charter schools.
Axiom Analytics’ team has more than 15 years of experience as school business officials. They support school leaders and boards across the state by providing CFO-level services that help them make critical decisions, balance changing priorities throughout and across school years, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and funders. We collaborate with each school we work with, to make sure that the school can leverage all their resources to support their academic program and support their students in the classroom. Axiom aims to use 21st-century tools and systems to support schools and leaders who are committed to providing high-quality educational options to the students, families, and communities that need them most.
Hailey Lynch - Payroll Manager
Hailey started her payroll career in restaurants and has been processing payroll for about four years. She is very excited to the learn the ins and outs of the education system and supporting New Mexico charter schools with their payroll needs.
Katy Sanchez - Cheif Financial Officer, Level 2 Business Manager & Chief Procurement Officer
Katy started her career in education by teaching at a charter school before gaining many years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, and also Chief Procurement Officer. She has obtained an extensive amount of knowledge from her administrative leadership experiences related to finances, state reporting, student membership, projections, data, and many other vital components associated with the success of a charter school. Katy is heavily involved and qualified in the area of school finance which can be seen through her knowledge, attention to detail, organization, and passion for helping charter schools succeed.
Josh Padilla - Chief Financial officer, Level 1 business manager
Josh started as an accountant and financial analyst for the University of New Mexico. It is in those roles where he obtained an extensive amount of knowledge related to strategic financial planning, projections, budget reporting, data analysis, and many other fiscal related skills.
Julianne Mix - Accounts Payable Specialist
Julianne started her career in finance with the Navajo Nation as an Account Maintenance Specialist and the Albuquerque Area - Indian Health Service as a Contract Specialist. Where she helped with budget and allocating funds to help her community with well needed services. Julianne is eager to learn about the educational system and the state funding for Charter schools. Her passion is to fulfill the school’s mission to help young students thrive by providing financial guidance while working with Axiom Analytics.
